ABREU CASH — Custom B2B platform with ERP integration

For ABREU CASH, in the Cash and Carry segment, we built a bespoke B2B platform focused on commercial efficiency, customer level pricing and full ERP synchronisation. The goal was to empower internal teams and business clients, reducing friction and accelerating the ordering cycle.

Context and goal

In a high volume business, speed, stock accuracy and customer specific commercial policies are critical. The solution needed scale, dynamic pricing rules and continuous ERP connectivity to ensure reliable product, stock, account and pricing data.

Solution delivered

We shaped the experience with UX/UI wireframing in Figma, aligning B2B buying flows with internal processes. We implemented a robust web platform with a private customer area and a sales reps area to manage accounts, catalogues and orders on behalf of clients, always with history and approval.

Bidirectional ERP integration provides near real time synchronisation of products, stock, customers, pricing, discounts, account statements and documents. Commercial rules are applied during browsing and checkout, ensuring consistency between the digital channel and back office.
