FEPSA is a global reference in the production of felt hat bodies, with over 55 years of history, a strong industrial heritage and a highly specialised international operation. With a global presence and a brand built on quality, tradition and innovation, the company entrusted Basicamente with the evolution of its digital presence through the development of a Custom B2C E-commerce on Shopify, designed to reflect the exclusivity of the brand and support its international scale.

The project aimed to create a new digital platform aligned with FEPSA’s premium positioning, preserving the company’s heritage while delivering a more robust, scalable and globally ready commerce experience.

The project started with a UX/UI design for e-commerce phase, where wireframes were developed to translate FEPSA’s identity into a digital experience.

FEPSA’s previous digital presence was based on WordPress. Basicamente led the replatforming to Shopify, evolving the project to a more scalable infrastructure, better suited for catalogue management, international growth and ongoing optimisation.

In this case, the solution was implemented as a Custom B2C E-commerce on Shopify, adapted to the context of an industrial company with a global operation and specific product organisation and commercial presentation requirements.
