VIVA: Shopify e-commerce for home goods brand with PHC integration
VIVA, a Portuguese brand with over 20 years in the home goods market, partnered with Basicamente Digital to launch a new B2C e-commerce built on Shopify. The project included a complete replatforming from a custom-built system to Shopify, as well as full integration with PHC and a UX/UI design created in Figma.
Replatforming and operational transformation
The migration from a legacy custom tech setup to Shopify provided VIVA with a faster, more secure, and scalable e-commerce platform. The new structure streamlines catalog management, checkout, and promotions, offering a stable foundation for online growth and a superior customer experience.
PHC integration and product management
The integration with the PHC ERP automates stock, pricing, and billing processes, ensuring full data accuracy across systems. This connection allows the brand to centralize operations, synchronize product information in real time, and deliver a consistent experience to both customers and internal teams.
Design and UX/UI developed in Figma
The e-commerce design was developed through UX/UI studies in Figma, focusing on simplicity, warmth, and visual coherence. The layout enhances product storytelling and supports a frictionless navigation experience that aligns with VIVA’s identity as a home and lifestyle brand.
