Imporaudio, a Portuguese brand founded in 1988 and specialized in electronics and household appliances, strengthened its digital operations with a custom B2B platform built on Shopify. Developed by Basicamente Digital, the project was designed to improve client management, pricing control, and account handling through an integrated and efficient online system.

The solution includes a fully customized B2B environment within the Shopify ecosystem, tailored to meet the specific needs of distributors and professional resellers. Each user can access a personalized interface with exclusive commercial conditions, order history, and performance data, along with a dedicated area for sales representatives to manage clients and orders directly.
PHC integration and real-time data management
The integration with the PHC ERP ensures automatic synchronization of clients, stocks, and billing data. Real-time updates maintain accurate and consistent information across the platform, enabling faster decision-making and a more reliable experience for both customers and the sales team.
