The project, developed by Basicamente, aimed to optimize the management of corporate clients, pricing, and current accounts, strengthening relationships with distributors and business partners.
The solution was designed to centralize processes, automate business rules, and create an efficient digital channel for the brand's B2B operation.
A customized B2B platform was developed within the Shopify ecosystem, designed to meet the specific needs of distributors and resellers.
Each client has access to an exclusive environment with personalized commercial terms , order history, documents, and current account information. In parallel, a dedicated area for sales representatives was created, allowing for centralized management of clients, orders, and monitoring of sales activity.
Integration with the PHC ERP system ensures automatic synchronization of customers, prices, inventory, billing, and current accounts.
This near real-time connection ensures data is always up-to-date, reduces manual errors, and allows the sales team to operate with greater reliability and speed in all interactions with customers.
The design and navigation flows were defined based on UX/UI studies in Figma , focusing on simplicity, speed of use, and clarity of information.
